Walpole, Massachusetts, (February 28, 2024) – Precision Solutions Group LLC (PSGi), a global IT services and customer support company, announced its agreement to form a new strategic partnership with ProCern Technology Solutions, a leading technology solutions provider.
PSGi will be contributing extensive experience in supporting ERP and other business systems, as well as the Power i platform, to the ProCern family. PSGi’s management projects that customers will experience minimal disruption and may continue their current service and support arrangements. PSGi will continue operating under the same name as a division within the ProCern organization.
The partnership was finalized after an extensive search process. PSGi sought a partner who could invest in the future of the company, provide long-term stability, and support customers with a broader selection of services and expertise than ever before. The senior leadership team prioritized finding an organization that offered outstanding alignment with PSGi’s values, culture, and exacting customer service expectations.
