2 New Clients Select PSGi for PRMS Support and PRISM Support

PSGi Welcomes 2 New Customers
for PRMS Support & PRISM Support

Walpole, MA - November 2, 2010 -- The Precision Solutions Group is pleased to announce that one of the largest diversified suppliers to the foodservice industry (who prefers not to be mentioned by name yet) and Motorsports Authentics, LLC have selected PSGI for our Customer Support Services.  Motorsports adds to our base of PRMS customer support clients.   The foodservice supplier which services more than 20,000 restaurants on 3 continents lengthens our list of PRISM-JDE World customer support clients.  Recognizing PSGI for our world class services, these new partnerships have already started delivering significant value to both the technology teams and the end users.Motorsports Authentics logo

Motorsports Authentics was looking for a competitively priced alternative for their PRMS support and PRMS software management requirements.  What they found under the hood was that PSGi is dedicated to providing customer support for highly modified legacy software environments like the Motorsports implementation of PRMS.  Motorsports also wanted their support provider to perform software management functions such as installing updates for all of their enterprise software including their tax software and also performing the PRMS month-end close process.  PSGi's pit crew was well suited for the race day challenge. Our customer support model which includes Flex Consulting Days fits Motorsports situation as they use these days for the software management functions without incurring extra cost.  Motorsports didn't just kick the tires.  "We held several very productive meetings with the PSGi team, spoke to other PRMS customers and took them for a test drive performing month-end close.  We are very pleased with our choice and haven't looked in the rear view mirror since," remarked George Gay, Motorsports' VP of Operations. We welcome Motorsports Authentics as our latest PRMS Customer Support client.

Golden State Foods logoOur newest PRISM-JDE World support customer has a complete menu of software projects on their plate.  Supporting their modified PRISM-World environment was interfering with their ability to get their projects completed in a timely manner.  They have been using PSGi's senior business consulting staff to help them implement unused PRISM functionally and optimize their business processes at two of their manufacturing facilities.  They recognized PSGi as a superior source of PRISM-JDE World expertise and decided they could accomplish more if they employed our PRISM-World Customer Support services.  According to their IT Operations Manager, "While we do have a small, responsive internal PRISM support team, what we got when we contracted with PSGi was more than a dozen PRISM experts who act like an extension of our team resolving issues even with our modified code.  We're very pleased with the decision to partner with PSGi."  This customer continues to employ PSGi for business consulting and now they have Flex Consulting Days to use for training, auditing, report writing, data migration, and more.  Separately, PSGi is assisting with a project to re-implement their Optiva® PLM software including integrating Optiva with PRISM.  We welcome them as our newest PRISM-JDE World Customer Support client.
