PRISM® development and support resources in the industry. Our team consists of the key contributors on
the original PRISM® development, implementation, and support teams. Our consultants have an average of 17
years of PRISM® experience.
PRMS® & Warehouse BOSS®
Precision Solutions Group, Inc. provides PRMS® and BOSS® Customer Support Services with a team that's
used both of these applications at customer sites and that's worked for Computer Associates managing the support
organization and providing consulting services. These team members have been working with PRMS® and BOSS®
since 1985 bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the PSGI team.
Optiva®
Precision Solutions Group, Inc. provides Optiva® Supplementary Customer Support Services covering the
most valuable components of the Optiva® implementation, those unique customizations that sit on top of
the core product marrying its functionally to your business processes. PSGI supports customer-specific
scripts, reports and extensions that are not covered by a traditional support model. Our staff
consists of key contributors on the original Optiva® customer support, program management, engineering
operations, and quality assurance teams and average more than 10 years of experience with the Optiva® product.
JDE World®
Precision Solutions Group, Inc. staff includes similarly experienced JDE World® (Enterprise One)
professionals and provides JDE World® Customer Support Services. This is a natural extension of
our PRISM® support offering as the majority of PRISM® users also employ the JDE World®
financials. These PSGI customers receive all of their enterprise business systems� support from
a single experienced, responsive source.
