Larry Dube founded Precision Solutions Group, Inc. in 2003 with Terrie Tadsen and Ed Kelly.
Larry comes to Precision Solutions Group, Inc. with over 16 years of experience in the
software industry. Most recently as Vice President of Global Customer Support for Baan
Process Solutions, an international process ERP software development company, where he
helped increase customer support revenue by 50% and increased over-all worldwide customer
satisfaction from 43% to 95%.
From 1989 to 2003, Larry held a variety of management
roles within the customer support organization of Marcam Corporation which through
acquisition and mergers eventually became known as Baan Process Solutions. Through
these roles he built new tool development, technical services, and technical support teams
from the ground up.
Larry started his career in software development creating ERP software. He studied
Computer Science with a minor in Electrical Engineering at the University of Maine,
Orono.

Ed Kelly founded Precision Solutions Group, Inc. in 2003 with Larry Dube and Terrie
Tadsen. Ed comes to Precision Solutions Group, Inc. with over 16 years of experience
in the software industry. Most recently he was the Director of Customer Support for
North America for Baan Process Solutions, an international process ERP software
development company. In this role he was responsible for 38% of the company revenue
and increased over-all North American customer satisfaction from 43% to 95% while
overseeing the profitable customer support business and the development of off-shore
support teams in India.
Prior to this position Ed managed technical support and
service teams where he continued to increase customer satisfaction and develop new
revenue opportunities for the company. Within the same company Ed held roles of
Senior Technical Consultant and Network Administrator.
Ed started his software career providing services in the real estate software market. Ed
studied at the University of Massachusetts with a concentration in Human Services.

Terrie Tadsen founded Precision Solutions Group, Inc. in 2003 with Larry Dube and Ed Kelly. Terrie
comes to Precision Solutions Group, Inc. with over 20 years of experience in the
manufacturing and software industries.
Most recently she was responsible for a customer
service organization generating $10 million in annual revenue for Baan Process
Solutions, an international process ERP software development company. In this role
Terrie, created and managed offshore development teams and led efforts to increase
customer satisfaction from 50% to 100% while managing teams of application and
technical analysts and consultants providing customer and technical software
support. Within the same company Terrie held roles as an implementation
consultant, leading large scale software implementations, and as a customer
support analyst.
Prior to joining Marcam, Terrie held positions of Material Planner/Buyer and Master
Production Scheduler with Teredyne, Inc. Terrie studied Business Administration
with a concentration in Computer Science at Boston University.

Christian Arcaro came to Precision Solutions Group, Inc. in 2004 with 15 years of
technical experience in both logistics and ERP software systems. Throughout his
career he has performed a variety of roles including technical support,
programmer/analyst, and technical consultant on both iSeries and Client/Server
applications. Prior to joining Precision, Christian worked for over ten years in
the customer support department at Marcam Solutions supporting both the Prism and
Protean applications. During this time he had several long term consulting assignments
contributing to the success of high profile customers such as Rhodia and Kraft General Foods.
Christian attended Bryant College (now Bryant University) in Smithfield, RI and
graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization
in Computer Information Systems.
Jeff Craft joined Precision Solutions Group in January 2007. Jeff has 20 years
industrial engineering and manufacturing management as well as 10 years of consulting
experience with Prism while at Marcam, Invensys and SSA. As Materials Manager for a
Fortune 100 company, Jeff was an early implementer of Prism in 1988. The implementation
directly led to a reduction of inventory by 30%, productivity increase of 10% and
significant improvement in overall operation control.
During this time, Jeff researched ERP implementations of over two hundred companies to determine the critical
success factors necessary to be successful. From this research, Jeff developed a program
of optimization that examines current operational processes, compares them to industry
best practices, recommends process improvements and identifies how Prism can be used to
support them. This program has been utilized to assist many Prism customers to improve
manufacturing performance.
Jeff obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech and
Master in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
Pam brings more than twenty years of technical experience working with enterprise
software systems like PRISM® and Mapics® running on the IBM midrange platform. Pam
started working for Marcam in 1983 and was a key contributor to many components of the
PRISM® application. While working in development for Marcam, Pam designed and led
the entire development project for the Resource Management module for PRISM®. In
addition Pam was the Co-Lead for the Warehouse Management module for PRISM®.
After several successful years working for the development organization for Marcam, Pam
moved into the Customization Services department, ultimately becoming a Project Leader
responsible for major customization projects for Fortune 100 companies. Pam led teams
that were responsible for all phases of the customization project from requirements
gathering, through design, delivery, and support of the project. In addition Pam was the
Project Leader for a major COM customization for Warner Lambert that eventually was rolled
into standard PRISM and is utilized by all PRISM customers today.
After Marcam, Pam continued her career as a technical consultant, designing and programming
enterprise systems for several companies and working on packages like PRISM® and
Mapics®, as well as other custom in house solutions. Some of the companies that

Dave Kravitt, CPIM has more than twenty-five years experience in enterprise software
systems. Most recently Dave was the ERP Product Manager at Infor Global Solutions where
he expanded the application breadth with partnerships and planned major product
enhancements. Prior to that as a senior application consultant, Dave successfully
demonstrated the value of ERP and SCM systems while employed by several software companies
including Computer Associates, Avalon, Marcam, and Invensys.
Earlier while working at the Unisys Manufacturing Industry Center Dave was responsible for new product introductions
including MES, barcode data collection, and document management products. Dave started his
career with Fortune 100 process manufacturing organizations where he developed new
manufacturing processes and systems, managed operations departments, and began a
passion for working with manufacturing organizations that continues today at PSGI.
Dave earned his BS in Chemical Engineering at Cornell University and his MBA at the
State University of New York in Albany.

Deb comes to Precision Solutions Group, Inc. with more than 17 years of experience
working with enterprise systems. Deb started working in the Customization Services
(SIPS) department at Marcam in 1990. In SIPS Deb worked with customers to consult,
design, and develop their custom modifications and add-ons to PRISM®. During her
career in SIPS Deb eventually took on the added responsibility of Project Leader. Deb
led teams that were responsible for all phases of the customization project from
requirements gathering, through design, delivery, and support of the project. Some of

In 1998 Deb continued her career at Marcam in the Customer Support Department were Deb
took on a senior level role providing technical and application support for the Marcam
products. Deb remained at Marcam through 2003.
Larry Mergentime joined Precision Solutions Group, Inc. in March 2007. He has over 22
years of experience as a software developer in a wide array of industries. As a lifelong
resident of Michigan he has an extensive automotive manufacturing background in both the
OEM and supply chain business channels.
Larry started developing software as an RPG programmer on an IBM System 34 in 1985. He
grew within the IBM midrange systems division including System 34’s, 36’s, 38’s and the
AS/400.
In 1997 Larry was hired by Great Lakes Technologies Group (GLTG) as their IBM® midrange
business development manager. He grew GLTG’s midrange consulting business from zero,
to fifteen customers and 23 consultants within 4 years.
In 2000 Larry left GLTG to once again pursue his first love, software development. By
2002 he was developing software for business to business web applications using
Microsoft® technologies such as SQL Server®, VB® and C#® .Net® to interface
into AS400 applications such as PRISM in order to make enterprise data accessible to the web.
Larry’s extensive programming technology skill-set enables him to design and develop
crossover applications which extend and modernize legacy enterprise applications.
Chris Morrissey joined Precision Solutions Group in February 2006. Chris has 20 years
experience in the process and software industries. Chris has held many roles providing
superior customer support to Prism customers. As Director of Global Customer Support
for Invensys Marcam, Chris led global teams that maintained a 100% Customer Satisfaction
Rate for Prism Customers and was able to grow year over year support revenue. As the
PRISM® Product Support Manager, Chris was able to reduce the turnaround time on the
defect backlog by over 150 days, and was able to reduce the issue backlog by over 50%.
Chris has worked directly with many PRISM® customers providing support, consulting, and
training.
Some of the customers that Chris has engaged with include Copley
Pharmaceuticals, BHP Copper, Leigh Fibers, Pfizer, Schering Plough, and Kraft.
Prior to joining Marcam, Chris spent 11 years in the Petroleum Industry with
responsibilities that included cost accounting, liquid inventory management, and design
and implementation of an ERP system. Chris attended Providence College and graduated
with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a minor concentration in Business Studies.
John comes to PSGI with fifteen years of Prism experience
after working for Marcam Corp. as an RPG programmer analyst. John’s responsibilities
included providing technical support to the many Fortune 500 companies supported by Marcam.
John also worked on development projects to provide new
functionality for Prism customers. He was a project leader on a major enhancement
for Kraft Foods. For four years he acted as the primary technical consultant
to Kraft Foods for both Prism and Procurement.
John holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern
University with extensive postgraduate training in computer science.
Dave arrived at Precision Solutions Group, Inc. with over 20 years experience on IBM System/38,
AS/400 and iSeries including ten years of PRISM programming support. Dave draws upon a
varied programming background from startups to industry giants in the mutual fund industry,
manufacturing, medical and retail, to solve technical challenges.
Dave has earned both a BA (University of Massachusetts) and an MA
(Northeastern University) and has continued technical education and training throughout his
career.
Ed Sheffield joined Precision Solutions Group, Inc. in 2003 when the
business was first formed. Ed comes to Precision Solutions Group, Inc. with over 28 years
of experience in the manufacturing and software industries.
Ed started in the software business as an RPG programmer on an IBM
System 3 in 1976. He has primarily worked in manufacturing businesses and grew within the
IBM small systems divisions including System 3’s, 34’s, 36’s, and 38’s and finally the AS/400.
Ed was employed by Marcam Corporation beginning in 1991 as a Senior
Programmer Analyst in Product Development. His first Prism release was release 2.1 and his
last Prism release while in Product Development was release 3.1, which was the Enterprise
Management release. In 1996 he moved to the Customer Support Team where he started out as a
programmer on the Manufacturing team.
Within a few months, he took on the role of Team Leader for the Prism
Manufacturing Technical Team. At that time programming support was broken into two groups,
Logistics and Manufacturing. In June 1997, these two groups were consolidated and Ed
assumed the role of Manager of Prism Technical Support. During that time Ed was responsible
for the leadership and direction of all Support Programmer Analysts who performed the
programming support for all Prism modules. This included but was not limited to Error
Corrections, Code Reviews, and many enhancements.
Ed remained at Marcam through 2003.
