Enhancements Portfolio

PSGI is constantly adding to a robust set of proven, release independent enhancements to work with PRISM®, PRMS®, Optiva® and JDE World® that are available to our customer support clients. PSGI develops enhancements based on customer request and these are evaluated for general applicability to the entire user community. If specific enhancements are judged highly desirable, we ask permission of the sponsoring organization to add them to the PSGI Enhancement portfolio and if permission is granted we refund the consulting dollars paid by the sponsoring customer to produce the enhancement.

As an example, one of our PRISM® Support customers uncovered an inefficient manual costing process due to the inability of PRISM® to automatically account for differing landed raw material costs between manufacturing facilities. A relatively minor enhancement to the way PRISM® stores rolled-up costs reduced the re-costing effort from 3 months to a matter of minutes. This enhancement is now available to PRISM® support customers.
