Larry Dube, Terrie Tadsen and Ed Kelly started Precision Solutions Group, Inc. to service manufacturing companies running legacy enterprise systems. These enterprise systems continue to provide return on investment and are often more functionally rich and stable than “state of the art” systems. However, the vendors of these systems have moved on to developing, selling and supporting newer systems, paying little attention to their long-term customers. This leaves companies running legacy enterprise systems truly underserved.

Precision Solutions Group, Inc. ensures any investment goes directly to solving critical business issues for their customers. Solutions and services offered by Precision Solutions Group, Inc. enhance the effectiveness of their customer’s software systems or significantly lower the cost of supporting and servicing those systems. The goal being to allow the customer to more effectively support the current environment and redirect resources, that would not otherwise be available, toward critical business initiatives. Precision Solutions Group, Inc.’s second-to-none industry expertise, dedication to its customers, flexibility and agility allow it to ensure its customers will continue to realize return on investment in their enterprise systems.

The company started in 2003 with the goal of extending the life of its customer’s enterprise systems. Its first offering was a unique customer support package allowing companies to take more control on how their support dollars were spent. With customers more in control, those support dollars worked towards software and project initiatives important to the customer as opposed to the funding of a new product from the vendor that the customer would never use. Along with the customer support package, the company started offering a full range of software services bringing more value and one-stop-shopping to its customers. The company continues to grow because its staff is the best in the industry in their areas of expertise and it offers a value proposition that reduces customer support costs and delivers many more benefits than traditional support and service offerings.

Precision Solutions Group, Inc. also recognizes that companies need more than customer support and software services to extend the life of their current systems and now offers solutions that will enhance the customer’s ability to use those systems. As an example, in early 2005 Precision Solutions Group, Inc. became a distributor and service provider for Vanguard Solutions Group’s Graphical Performance Series, a world-class business intelligence tool.

In 2006 PSGI became distributor for Solzon's PRISM RF and RFID products. We will continue to expand our partnerships with organizations that extend the functionality and lives of these systems.

In the end what makes Precision Solutions Group, Inc. most successful and unique, is its staff’s ability and desire to really become part of the customer’s team. An extension of their staff, working side by side on company initiatives, and taking an active role in looking for solutions that will benefit the company. Then as a member of the customer team, offering our customer support, training, implementation, customization services and value-add solutions to enhance our customer’s return on investment in their enterprise systems.
